I hope that you are as excited as I am to start 2010 and celebrate the 100th anniversary of the BSA. We have a lot to do this year that will set the tone for the next 100 years. One way that I will commemorate this momentus occasion will be at Conclave. This year's event will feature special shows, a Brownsea Island campsite with period games and activities and even a Baden Powell look-alike contest. Needless to say, it will be a great time! Conclave Experience: Croatan Lodge 117 My name is Harvey Hoopes IV.  I am a third generation member of Croatan Lodge 117, and last year’s conclave at Camp Tuscarora was my first conclave.  The experience was truly thrilling.  In my opinion, OAX was the best part of the weekend; having the opportunity to do so many different things all in one place was just plain fun.  If any new Arrowman are reading this testimonial, I have one thing to say: "You need to sign up for the next conclave, and fast!"  It will be at Camp Bodie (Bonner) in East Carolina Council. Croatan Lodge will be hosting the event and it will be an unforgettable experience.  Hope to see you there!
